The Henrietta Pendant - Old European Cut Celeste Diamonds®

The Henrietta Pendant is a vintage inspired diamond pendant featuring our exclusive Old European Cut Celeste Diamond®. Designed by Melissa Holt and individually handmade to order, it draws inspiration from the elegance and craftsmanship of Georgian jewellery, reimagined as a distinctive piece to be worn and loved today.

At its centre, the diamond is framed by a traditional cut-down setting, a style characteristic of antique jewellery in which the metal is worked closely around the stone. A contrasting black rhodium finish surrounds the diamond, recreating the appearance of the oxidised silver often found in original Georgian settings. The darkened metal creates beautiful contrast against the diamond while enhancing the distinctive character and vintage feel of the piece.

The pendant is finished with an antique inspired Albert swivel catch, an integral part of the design rather than a hidden fastening. The swivel catch allows the pendant to be securely hooked onto a chain, giving it the versatility to be worn with different chains over time.

The Henrietta Pendant can be paired with our 18” 9ct yellow gold Baby Belcher chain, selected for its vintage character and rounded, softly sculptural links. Together, the pendant and chain create a complete necklace with the feel of a beautifully discovered antique piece.

Unlike standard modern cut diamonds, our Celeste Diamonds® are cut in antique inspired shapes with higher crowns, wider facets and softer proportions, recreating the distinctive sparkle and character of the hand cut diamonds of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Created using renewable solar energy, Celeste Diamonds® offer a more sustainable alternative to newly mined diamonds without compromising on beauty or quality, making them the second most sustainable option after choosing an original antique diamond.

Each pendant is individually handmade to order.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for your pendant to be handcrafted before dispatch.
