In Store
Your Holts Jewellery order will be wrapped to perfection in an ivory suedette box, and upon collection will be presented in a dusty rose bag, embossed with our heritage branding. Your jewellery care card and any relevant certificates are enclosed
Postal
Every postal order is sent in a dusty rose keepsake box embossed with our heritage branding, finished with ribbon and dried florals for a vintage touch. Every order is dispatched with tracked and signed for delivery.
Shipping
We ship to the UK only. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are fully tracked, insured and signed for.
Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery - Complimentary
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. As all parcels require a signature upon delivery, please contact us in advance if you would prefer to arrange a convenient delivery date.
For security reasons, delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
Returns
The following items are eligible for return, provided they have not been resized or customised:
- Ready to Ship Vintage Inspired Engagement Rings
- Antique & Vintage Engagement Rings
- Antique & Vintage Jewellery
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase in-store, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order or purchase and we will provide return instructions.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As many Holts Jewellery pieces are handmade or individually tailored, the following items are non-refundable:
- Rings resized before dispatch
- Made to order pieces
