Every item purchased from HOLTS Jewellery is presented in our signature luxury packaging. 

Vintage & Antique Rings: Presented in our branded vintage style luxury grey velvet ring box which is then carefully wrapped in a grey gift box with grey tissue, both made from recycled materials. Finished with hand tied grey grosgrain ribbon embellished in gold with the Holts logo, adding the final luxurious touch.

Made to Order Wedding & Engagement Rings: Presented in our branded vintage style luxury grey velvet double ring box which is then carefully wrapped in a grey gift box with grey tissue, both made from recycled materials. Finished with hand tied grey grosgrain ribbon embellished in gold with the Holts logo, adding the final luxurious touch.

Each piece of jewellery will also come with a gold foil thank you card, a care card with the do's and don'ts of jewellery care as well as a Holts branded cleaning cloth to keep your piece sparkling for years to come. Your receipt will also be included with your purchase.

Postal Orders: If your jewellery is being posted to you our jewellery boxes are carefully packaged in a recycled card mailing box and secured in a recycled plastic mailing bag to protect the parcel from the elements during transportation.

Please note antique boxes are not included with the sale of our antique & vintage items and are for display purposes only.

UK Shipping: Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery - Free

International Shipping: UPS International Delivery - £20

Once your order has been dispatched you will be updated with a tracking number. A signature is required on all parcels and so please contact us if you'd prefer to organise a convenient delivery day for you (UK). 

The delivery address cannot be changed from the original delivery address given at the time of purchase. 

Please note - On international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional taxes, import duties or tariffs that may occur.

Returns

Items purchased online through our website are eligible for a return and refund if they are returned within 14 days, each item must be returned with the original packaging and in the same condition as which they were received. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return and to receive details on how to do so.

Rings that have been re-sized before posting to you are deemed as bespoke and are not eligible for a return or refund.

New, bespoke and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for a return or refund.

In store purchases are available for exchange.

Please note: The cost of postage to return an item will be at the expense of the customer.

Holts Jewellery is located in Bath, Somerset. Our showroom is situated in the heart of the city centre in a gorgeous Georgian townhouse and is only 90 minutes from London by train. Book an appointment to view a piece in person, discuss wedding bands or a bespoke commission.
